and southern Canada. They're justifiably famous for their
delicious, tart flavor and rich burgundy color.
In this recipe, Chokecherry jelly pairs beautifully with tangy
Dijon mustard to make a memorable sauce for tender, juicy pork
tenderloin in a crisp panko crust.
