suggestions?

times, I receive questions about affordable spas quite often. Here

section for spas offering discounts.

The Importance of
Sleep
My eccentric
great-grandfather was right! He napped often and went to bed at 10
pm, no exceptions…and lived to the ripe old age
of 98. (He would have lived longer had he not remarried an
exasperating woman when he was almost 80.) Getting enough sleep has
been scientifically proven to improve your health, so
it’s not surprising spas have begun seizing on
the emerging trend, which SpaFinder president Susie Ellis has
predicted long ago. Some offer dedicated sleep-health programs,
while Yelo in NYC offers 20-minute power naps. Now, my
great-grandfather never paid for a nap, but would you?
