So I
had my first personal training session at the gym today - bench
pressed 200; did bicep curls with 100 pound dumbbells for an hour;
grunted a lot and wore a weight belt…ok, maybe not (like I
could lift said dumbbells - do they even make them that heavy?)
maybe it was more like a pilates session with Luis, a svelte
brazilian with a lisp …. and I loved! Let's check in
next week though; I have a sneaking suspicion that that machine
they call the "Reformer" might start feeling more like the medieval
torture machine it resembles.
Ok, so
you?ve got a posse, a crew, a merry band of elves (just checking to
see if you?re reading), one might even say your very own crowd. Ok,
so now what? It?s time for PRINCESS of the POSSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Look
it, somebody's gotta be the 'Your Highness' of the gang, right? So,
who better to preside than a lovely lass with your font of natural
endowments (you know, beauty, grace, charm, full skirts, a tiara,
etc.) and your exquisite aptitude for holding all those boys in
your sway and under your sweet command.
